Thinking of what to pack of cloths on to your luggage on your holiday to Turkey?

It really depends on the region of Turkey that you are planning to visit.

Istanbul in September is all over the place: you may experience torrential rains, clear and warm weather, cold spells, you name it. Aegean coast could be in some years a bit on the colder side and with rainy periods. South of Izmir you can expect sunny, nice and warm, even hot weather.

Well, the last thing to worry to find out would be weather so long in advance, I guess.

But let me tell you overall experience, in September is nicer weather usually – not too hot but warm enough. If you ask me it is an ideal time to travel?  If you are not too much into swimming!!  It can still differ from day to day and from city to city. All you needed to do is to search Google a few days before you depart as (for example) “weather in Istanbul” best way!

In Cappadocia, I can make sure to put a T-shirt on throughout the day, in the evenings you ‘ll need a jacket.
